Wide jumbo roll slitter rewinder
This series of wide jumbo roll slitter rewinder are designed with single drum or double drum for center surface rewinding or center rewinding for jumbo paper reel or adhesive label roll slitting rewinding. The optional pneumatic slitting knife makes the slitting positioning easier. The shaftless unwinding driven by hydraulic system or servo motor, both control the rewinding unit for easy jumbo roll uploading and unloading. The auto web guide and full auto tension control system make the slitting rewinding neat at fast speed. The Splicer and other custom functions upon demands are optional for choosing from. The super lightweight paper like the bible/dictionary paper can be 20gsm minimumly for multiple rolls sheeting at one time. The single knife cut-to-mark sheeter is ideal machine for Jumbo preprinted label rolls sheeting, especially the beer, Wine bottle label and alcohol bottle label roll sheeting, as well as other cut-to-mark preprinted packaging paper/foil and plastic rolls sheeting. The FA300/520/570L series of fully automatic thermal label roll slitting rewinding line are used for thermal label rolls converting from the jumbo label roll to small label rolls, it has the automatic shrink packing unit for the finished label rolls packing with inline electricity energy save type shrinking device. This automatic line performs the double station die cutting, perforating, auto core loading, glueless tucking, cored and coreless roll slitting rewinding, tab tail sealing, and side labeling. The independent FQ570L can be inline unit of this fully automatic line as a separated unit for flexible production use at higher efficiency. The packing styles for the finished small paper rolls can be POF film shrink packing, waterproof paper wrapper packing, golden /silvery film packing or black anti-UV film packing for multiple rolls group or single roll packing. This series of fully automatic thermal paper rolls slitting rewinding packing line is widely used in the production of cored and coreless thermal paper rolls, cored and coreless thermal label rolls with excellent acceleration and deceleration for repeat short run small thermal paper/label rolls production cycle.
